Welcome to MOCAHO Academy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, educational programs, online courses, webinars, simulations, and other services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Mother Care 4 Hope Outreach ("MOCAHO", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering for any program, creating an account, or accessing our Services, you ("User", "Student", "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for our programs or use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1. To participate in MOCAHO Academy programs, you must be at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
1.2. When creating an account or registering for courses, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
1.3. You agree to notify MOCAHO Academy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2. Nature of the Educational Programs
2.1. MOCAHO Academy provides short-term educational courses, interactive webinars, skill-building workshops, and diplomatic simulations (such as the School of Upcoming Diplomacy, School of Climate Literacy, and others).
2.2. Our programs are designed for personal enrichment, skill development, and community advocacy. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, completion of these programs does not confer university degrees, official academic credits, or legally binding professional licenses.
2.3. Certificates of completion are issued at the sole discretion of MOCAHO Academy, subject to the participant meeting all attendance, assessment, and behavioral requirements.
3. Code of Conduct and User Behavior
3.1. MOCAHO Academy fosters an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative international learning environment. You agree to treat all instructors, guest speakers, staff, and fellow participants with dignity and respect.
3.2. You are strictly prohibited from:
  • Engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or bullying based on race, gender, nationality, religion, age, or disability.
  • Disrupting live sessions, webinars, digital forums, or chat groups with spam, inappropriate content, or malicious behavior.
  • Cheating, plagiarizing, or misrepresenting the work of others as your own in any assignments, resolution drafts, or evaluations.
    3.3. MOCAHO Academy reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services, without a refund (if applicable), if you violate this Code of Conduct.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All educational materials, including but not limited to lecture videos, presentation slides, curriculum designs, articles, reading lists, resolution templates, and logos (collectively, "Content"), are the intellectual property of MOCAHO or its licensors.
4.2. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the Content solely for your individual educational purposes.
4.3. You may not record, download, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from our Content without prior, express written permission from an authorized representative of MOCAHO.
5. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations (If Applicable)
5.1. While many MOCAHO Academy awareness programs and webinars are free, certain specialized training tracks or certification programs may require a registration or tuition fee.
5.2. All financial transactions are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid billing information.
5.3. Refund policies for paid programs will be specified clearly on the registration page of that specific course. Generally, unless otherwise stated, fees for short-term digital programs are non-refundable once the course sessions have officially commenced.
6. External Platforms and Third-Party Links
6.1. Our online services may utilize third-party platforms (such as Zoom, Google Classroom, Telegram, or WhatsApp) to conduct live webinars and group communications. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
6.2. MOCAHO Academy is not responsible for the technical availability, privacy practices, or content of external third-party websites or tools linked during our courses.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1. The Services and all educational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MOCAHO Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, error-free operation, or specific career outcomes resulting from program completion.
7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOCAHO, its directors, employees, and regional representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs or your inability to access the digital platform.
8. Amendments to the Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our educational framework, legal requirements, or platform updates.
8.2. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation in MOCAHO Academy programs after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

9.1. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing the registration and international operations of Mother Care 4 Hope Outreach (MOCAHO).
