Thank you for choosing MOCAHO Academy. Please read this policy carefully before registering, purchasing, or enrolling in any of our educational programs, courses, workshops, webinars, or premium training tracks (collectively referred to as "Programs").
By completing your registration and submitting payment for any Program managed by Mother Care 4 Hope Outreach (MOCAHO), you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy
1.1. MOCAHO Academy operates under a strict No Refunds policy. All payments, tuition fees, registration fees, and deposits made to MOCAHO Academy are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever.
1.2. Once a transaction is completed, you waive any right to claim a refund, chargeback, or credit for the amount paid.
2. General Scope and Applicability
This zero-refund policy applies universally to all participants and scenarios, including but not limited to:
Change of Mind: You decide not to participate, change your personal schedule, or choose to discontinue the Program for personal, academic, or professional reasons.
Technical Difficulties: You experience technical, hardware, software, or internet connectivity issues on your end that prevent you from accessing live sessions, digital platforms, or recorded educational materials.
Non-Attendance: Failure to attend live webinars, participate in simulations, or complete assigned course components, regardless of the reason.
Dissatisfaction: Any personal dissatisfaction with the Program curriculum, teaching style, schedule, instructors, guest speakers, or peer group dynamics.
Extenuating Circumstances: Any personal emergencies, illnesses, medical conditions, travel restrictions, financial changes, or unpredictable life events.
3. Program Adjustments and Force Majeure
3.1. MOCAHO Academy reserves the right to modify Program elements, including shifting schedules, changing digital platforms, replacing instructors, or adjusting curriculum outlines to maintain academic quality and adapt to speaker availability. Such adjustments do not entitle participants to a refund.
3.2. In the rare event that a Program is fully canceled, postponed, or severely disrupted due to causes beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, war, political instability, global cyber outages, regulatory updates, or international crises), MOCAHO Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or a transfer to a future session. However, no cash or monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Direct Acknowledgement
By proceeding with your payment, you officially declare that you have read, fully understand, and unconditionally accept this strict No-Refund policy. You agree not to initiate any payment disputes, chargebacks, or formal claims with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor regarding fees paid to MOCAHO Academy.
